A total of 16 players from the Hudson Valley/Long Island/Connecticut region are among the 64 men’s college lacrosse standouts named to the 2010 Tewaaraton Watch List today. The Teewaraton Trophy is awarded to the college player of the year.

Former John Jay star Chris Daniello scored a career-high four goals as Syracuse pulled away for a 12-7 win over visiting Army in front of 4,432 fans at the Carrier Dome today. The game had been tied at 5-5 before the Orange went on a 4-0 third-quarter run.
