The main focus of this week’s column is teams that have made some effective adjustment this season.

Among other teams included: Ward Melville, Garden City, Yorktown, John Jay, Manhasset, Chaminade, Somers, Clarkstown South from New York, Delbarton, Mountain Lakes, Bergen Catholic and Summit from New Jersey and Darien, Staples and Brunswick from Connecticut.
