Also in Nassau County, 2012 Long Island Class A finalist Syosset hosts Hicksville at 4:45 p.m.

The eight-game Section 1 schedule today includes a 5 p.m. game between Pelham and host Irvington and a 7 p.m. game between Suffern and host Nyack at MacCalman Field.

In Suffolk, both Half Hollow Hills teams have big teams.

Hill East hosts Smithtown West at 5 p.m. Hill West hosts Ward Melville at 4:30 p.m.

Smithtown West and Ward Melville will soon play one another — in a game Monday, April 15 at Ward Melville.

Defending Connecticut Class L state champ Fairfield Prep hosts Shelton in a 4 p.m. game at Alumni Field.

The New Jersey slate is highlighted by a 4:15 p.m. game between Don Bosco Prep (2-0) and visiting West Morris (3-1).
