There are two 12 p.m. mega matchups — one college, one high school — you can watch today on TV at high noon.
The high school game features defending New York Class A state champion West Islip hosting Chaminade on MSG Varsity (Channel 14, Optimum) and MSGVarsity.com. Chaminade edged WI 7-6 almost a year to the day last year. It was WI’s lone loss of a 21-1 season. MSG Varsity’s telecast of tonight’s Yorktown-John Jay game can be seen Wednesday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 14. The Chaminade-West Islip game will re-air tonight at 7 p.m. and again Sunday at 9 a.m. on Channel 14.
Following the North Carolina-Hopkins game, ESPNU will be telecast the game between No. 2 Virginia and No. 17 Virginia at UVa, with the opening faceoff at approximately 2 p.m.
The action continues through the evening as NBC Sports Network will telecast the game between No. 10 Duke and unranked Harvard at 7 p.m. at Harvard.
The CBS Sports Network will be telecasting a women’s D-I battle between No. 1-ranked Maryland and host Virginia, which is ranked ninth, at 2 p.m.
