It was a week that started with a first college commitment by a rising sophomore from a tristate area school — Orleans, Ontario native Jake Fox of Trinity-Pawling (pictured above) — and ended with the first commit by a tristate resident who’s a rising sophomore — Brian Willetts of Smithtown East.

In between, the Maverik Showtime National Lacrosse Recruiting Spotlight marked its fifth year and there were plenty of other college commitments.
