The Sound Shore League, featuring squads from throughout the Hudson Valley and Connecticut, will be starting the summer season with men’s adult and masters division action on June 10.
The league also includes women’s open lacrosse and field hockey divisions as well as high school boys and girls varsity and junior varsity lacrosse and girls varsity and JV field hockey divisions.
This is the league’s 33rd season.
Teams that compete are from Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Fairfield counties.
We are also inviting teams to post their rosters on this thread.

DIVISION ALIGNMENTS
The following are the divisions within the Adult and High School Leagues of the Sound Shore Lacrosse/Field Hockey Leagues:
Adult
* Three open men’s divisions
* One Masters 1 (Over 30)
* One Masters 2 (Over 40)
(The above five divisions start play June 10)
* One women’s open lacrosse division
* One women’s open field hockey division
(Both women’s divisions start play June 17)
High school
* Westchester Boys High School Lacrosse Varsity and JV
* Westchester Girls Lacrosse High School Varsity
* Rockland Boys High School Lacrosse Varsity and JV
* Rockland Girls Field Hockey High School Varsity and JV
