There were some heated games but overall not as many coaches as the last couple of years. Are they not “out there” as much in the fall these days? Other than that it was COLD!

Nice to see the kids work the kinks out – many just finished football season Saturday afternoon, several teams had their walking wounded in support on the sidelines. The refs were certainly letting the guys play, leading to some Fall Ball extra-curiculars but nothing overly egregious. And like Set Dad said, cold and windy and the last game at 3 ended at dusk with heavy overcast. Big college coach list but I didn’t notice as many coaches as the list had, did see maybe 10 or so, sure there were more. Someone with Duke gear riding in a golf cart. Nice tournament for a day trip, as a parent I wouldn’t want to travel too much further than that on a Sunday and a school night. Westchester was heavily represented.
