Senior defenseman from Florida is Holiday Contest winner

Congrats to Marc Turner, a senior defenseman from Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, Fla., for winning our Holiday Giveaway.

Marc will receive a Nike Chrome Lakota Head.

“That’s awesome,” said Marc, when told he was randomly selected as contest winner this afternoon.

The contest ran from Dec. 21 until last night at 11:59 p.m. Entrants simply had to “Like” LaxLessons on Facebook at Facebook/LaxLessons and enter the contest tab to be eligible.

“I’m pretty stoked to have won the head,” said Marc, who has been playing lacrosse for just under two years. “Now I can start to get my brother into the game with his own stick before I head off to college.”

Thanks to everyone who participated, and best wishes for a Happy New Year — lax-wise and otherwise.
