It was very surprising to me that both SWR and RP went down last nite. Just goes to show you … Always expect the unexpected out here.

  2. Lax Novice says:

    Hi Joe,

I think you like Brunswick a lot, but you meant to put them only 2nd, not 2nd and 4th. Darien, Greenwich and Prep rounding out the Top 5 for Fairfield, no?

  3. Pequa says:

I want to go on record before todays game vs St. A’s by saying I think Chaminade is ranked too high. Now having said that, is there a clear team that should be in their place? Probably not right now. Maybe St. A’s if they win today?

  4. WhaleBelt says:

    Manhasset is #2

  5. syracuse says:

It’s a huge week for Chaminade. The Flyers may never sniff this kind of rarified air again if they lose to both St. Anthony’s and Yorktown, which could very well happen.

  6. WhaleBelt says:

    WM 8, WI 7

  7. Pequa says:

Wow that’s huge. Can’t wait to hear more.

  8. WhaleBelt says:

St A 15, Cham 5 half way through 3rd period

Chaminade crushed by St A’s. If they lose the Yorktown and Manhasset has Chaminade ever lost 3 in a row?

I don’t know if Chaminade has ever lost three straight. That’s a good question.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for finally dropping John Jay from this poll. You can only live on your name so long! Sooner or later you have to produce in sports and in life.

  14. ripo says:

Yea like Mahopac has produced. JJ 4 sectional titles in a row and going for 5

  15. PacMan says:

I agree with IC45. JJ should’ve gotten the heave ho from these rankings weeks ago.

  17. LAX says:

C’mon PacMan, if JJ had scored a couple more goals within their last couple games before White Plains they would’ve been #2 in these rankings. I think the game tomorrow will tell us a lot, perhaps you’ll change your mind.
