LaxLesson.com and ArchLevel Lacrosse have officially announced a partnership in a new coaching development program for the United Kingdom and European communities.

The rapidly growing lacrosse development company, ArchLevel Lacrosse, has been systematically developing the game on every level throughout the UK and Europe over the past three years.

Offering unprecedented programs in that part of the world such as their residential and day youth camps, Pro Tours with players such as STX and LXM Pro Kyle Harrison, and their University development schemes that have reached more than 50 universities and thousands of players to dates, it has set its sights on the true developers of the game: the coaches.

The partnership with LaxLessons.com ensures the highest level of sport specific curriculum for ArchLevel’s first-tier course within its coaching development pathway: the ArchLevel Trainer Course. This course has been designed to be a comprehensive introduction to the sport, the role of a coach within the sport, and everything in between.

From psychological and sociological aspects of sport, to communication and leadership methodologies and techniques, and even an entire workshop dedicated to practice planning and programming, this course has everything a developing coach needs.

LaxLessons.com brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for this partnership and was responsible for creating all of the sport-specific sections of this new development course.

From cutting-edge graphics and visual representations to custom videos and animations for its drills and exercises provided by QR codes within the course workbook, LaxLessons.com helps set this program above anything on the market to date.

“I can’t even describe how excited we are to have this program launch,” said ArchLevel Founder and Executive Director Vince Grimes. “This coaching program is about far more than just making a few courses available to budding coaches.

“It’s about creating a community of passionate and dedicated coaches in this sport that place unwavering importance on personal development and education through every facet of their role.”

“The partnership between LaxLessons and ArchLevel has given us the opportunity to not only teach and grow the sport in Europe, but to do so through the most innovative and comprehensive training program out there,” said LaxLessons.com co-founder Ryan Rabidou, who played collegiately at Loyola (Md.), which won the NCAA Division I championship this year. “From our 3D animations that you can play, pause, and rewind, to our custom visuals and QR codes that feature Maverik Lacrosse athlete Billy Bitter, the ArchLevel course workbooks are packed with cutting edge and dynamic features for coaches to utilize.”

ArchLevel Lacrosse is focused on improving the quality of the sport in the UK and Europe using specific programs and resources tailored to the needs of the constantly growing market.

LaxLessons.com is the leading source for lacrosse news, instructional information and recruiting coverage for players, fans and coaches with news coverage geared toward the nation’s No. 1 hotbed for lacrosse; the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tristate region.
