Background When former Loyola of Maryland College stars Jordan and Ryan Rabidou launched LaxLessons.com in 2002, their goal was simple: To provide the most up-to-date and useful instructional information for coaches. In March, 2009, LaxLessons.com went to the next level. In addition to useful and updated content for coaches, it now provides the very same thing for players and fans as well, anchored by the "Lax with Joe" blog which attracted more than 9,000 readers comments in its first nine months. In the players section, there are reports on the latest recruiting news. LaxLessons.com also features recruit profiles. Shortly after its relaunch, LaxLessons.com formed an affiliation with the nation's No.1 high school sports Web site, MaxPreps.com, and one of the nation's most respected lacrosse journalists, Joe Lombardi. In addition to contributing news updates and stories, he is now the author of the brand-new "Lax with Joe" blog, which covers lacrosse as a whole, with special focus on the Hudson Valley/Long Island/Connecticut regions.
