What tristate team has the most dominant defense?

The answer could very well be Delbarton.

Joe Lombardi explores just that in his latest “Lombardi on Lacrosse” column for MSGVarsity.com.

Among other teams included: Yorktown, Chaminade, Manhasset, Garden City, Chaminade, Half Hollow Hills East, Half Hollow Hills West, Long Beach, West Islip, Bronxville and Somers from New York, Seton Hall Prep, Chatham, Bergen Catholic and Summit from New Jersey and Ridgefield, Brien McMahon, Darien and Fairfield Prep from Connecticut.
