It’s a busy day for college lacrosse action, as you can see here, but a light Friday for high school action in the nation’s No. 1 hotbed for lacrosse, the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tristate region, as teams prepared for a busy Saturday.

The Nassau County slate is highlighted by 7 p.m. games between Long Beach (10-0) and host Farmingdale (8-2) and Hicksville and host Bethpage.

In Suffolk, Shoreham-Wading River hosts Harborfields at 5 p.m. and Comsewogue visits Mount Sinai at 5:30 p.m.

It will be the Battle of White Plains as Archbishop Stepinac visits White Plains at 7 p.m.

LL_Game-Day-CROPPED16Suffern visits Warwick in a Section 1 vs. Section 9 clash at 4:30 p.m. Also of note, Mamaroneck and Scarsdale renew their rivalry at 7 p.m. at MHS. New Rochelle hosts Sleepy Hollow at 4:45 p.m.

Upstate New York action is highlighted by a game between Timon St. Jude and host Hamburg.

Fairfield Ludlowe plays at Xavier at 3:30 p.m. to highlight a quiet Connecticut day.

Christian Brothers visits Princeton at 4:15 p.m. in New Jersey.
