We have been releasing some league alignments and non-section games for varsity teams from the Hudson Valley/Long Island/Connecticut region the last few weeks.

Speaking of which, I can report that games next season between Manhasset and John Jay as well as Ridgefield and John Jay are now set.

There will, of course, be more to come. So stay tuned for that.

Now though, gang, let’s turn our attention to college lax.

Syracuse University released its 2011 schedule today.

Among the highlights:

* Nine of the Orange’s 15 regular-season games are at the Carrier Dome, including three of its final four games.
