Hey gang -

Inside Lacrosse associate editor Geoff Shannon and I spent some time previewing the Hudson Valley/Long Island/Connecticut region in a podcast that is now up on InsideLacrosse.com.

I think you’ll find it’s pretty in-depth, and I make a few bold predictions for all parts of the region as well. I did have time to mention quite a few players’ names, too. It runs a full half-hour — just a head’s up in case you thought it was something you could give a quick listen to.
