What have you been doing to get ready for the season?
This off season has been tough for me because I have had tendinitis in my knee, but I still am in the weight room every other day lifting to get stronger and faster for the season. I also ran track which keeps my legs in shape.

Do you have more of a sense of urgency since you’re a senior?
Yes, definitely, I feel like this year is pivotal in making our senior class’ legacy and in showing what we were able to accomplish as students in high school. This year will show how we have truly progressed as lacrosse players and what kind of player we can become at the next level.

How does your scrimmage schedule look?
Our scrimmage schedule always is a mix of easy games to more challenging ones to show what we need to work on. The scrimmage schedule allows us to build confidence as a team for the regular season so we are not functioning on loses form better teams.

What players on your team do you think will surprise some people this season?
I know Brendan Damm will be a huge impact player for us this year and should be a surprise for other teams when we play them.

What do you think the strength of your team will be this year?
I think we are very well-balanced team, but if I had to say what our strength is, I would have to say the offense, which has remained very similar from last year in personnel.

With kids like Austin going to Navy and the young man Petre going to Army it is great to see the future leaders of our country excelling on the lacrosse field. Kudos to you gentlemen.
