As far as fall ball goes, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better venue than West Point, where the fall foliage and the scenic images of the Hudson provided a perfect backdrop for a busy day of action today involving Stony Brook, Marist and the host Black Knights.

Former John Jay star Chris Daniello has been named a captain at two-time national champions Syracuse. I just received an e-mail from Syracuse assistant athletics communications director with the news, including a press release that also appears on SU’s lacrosse Web page.

Congrats to former Yorktown all-American Tom Interlicchio, who was just named a captain at Hofstra. Interlicchio, who is a senior midfielder, was elected in a vote by his teammates, which makes the honor even more significant.
Congrats TI, definitley deserved! One of the hardest working athletes I met in a while!
Lots of Interlicchio/Daniello brother news lately! haha…Congrats to both families.
And Kevin and Mike will be playing together on the same attack line, how cool is that?
