Here are some of the bigger games:

Joe – Received an email from Section 8 saying Manhasset/CSH game changed to 730pm. Have not checked that with either school.

  2. ripo says:

joe why didnt Longo the goalie play for somers???

  3. Joe Lombardi says:

    Ripo – It was a coach’s decision.

  4. Joe Lombardi says:

Thanks, Taz. When I checked yesterday it was 7 p.m., so it must have been a late change.

  5. IslandLaxpert says:

Should be a great one. CSH will want to slow it down. Set will want to create transition opportunities. These teams have played some great games in the past and team that controls tempoi usually wins.

Of course they are very likely to meet again the playoffs and we all know how CSH has pulled off some big wins vs. Set in the post season in the past.

  6. MMA says:

Those coaches decisions at Somers are the reason they are losing so bad. This is ridiculous. Not Head Coach Material!!!!

  7. ripo says:

Is long in trouble? 26 saves in the jj game and he gets benched

  8. RedGray says:

Congrats to JoJo Marasco this week’s Con Ed student athlete of the week. Way to rep Somers kid!

  9. syracuse says:

    Hey guys,

I just stuffed a bunch of scores in the body of this post. No real surprises, though Greenwich got a serious scare.

    ‘CUSE

  10. Taz says:

    Manhasset 12 – CSH 3

A beating. English scores only 2 and it didn’t matter. I think at least 9 guys scored for Manhasset. Hanley, goalie for CSH, made some good saves in 1st qtr. to keep them in it.

  11. syracuse says:

WOW. I did not see that score coming.
